I spent the day at the Kaaterskill lower falls again and worked more on the above painting that I started yesterday. It wasn't raining, so it was a much easier day! I also began another painting below:

Wow, these are wonderful! I love the transparency of the water in #2, and it's very cool how far you took #1 in such a short time. Rocks = another still life, just a really big one, right? :-D

Sadie, just love how you are developing these rocks... it makes me want to paint them too and we've got plenty of them here in scotland. great work!

Thanks Rahina, I definitely recommend rocks, they have interesting forms and colors and as an added bonus they stay very, very still!
